Pastor Mike joined the Eastwood staff on April 16, 2006 with over 20 years of pastoral experience. He trusted Christ in November 1958 and surrendered to the Ministry in August of 1967. Mike and his wife Ms. Jackie have been married for 35 years and have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild. Some of the pastor's experiences include Mission Worker, Music Minister, and Youth Minister. In addition, Pastor Mike as also taught various topics such as Pastoral Epistles, Church Administration, Pastoral Theology, Effective Biblical Counseling, and "How to Manage your Money."

Chris became a part of the Eastwood Staff on March 4, 2007. He brings over 18 years of ministry experience. He accepted Christ in 1983 at the age of 13 and was licensed into the ministry in April of 1989 at Morning View Baptist Church in Marietta, GA. He served in the Children's Church Ministry as well as the Bus Ministry and was Minister of Youth. Chris was ordained on February 12, 1995 at Cheatham Hill Baptist Church in Marietta, GA. He served on staff as Associate Pastor of Education and Outreach for over twelve years, as well as Interim Pastor. Christ says "I am anxious to see all that God has in store for our church as I serve Him and worship Him with this wonderful body of believers."

Brian is our live wire. Brian comes from First Baptist Church of Atlanta and he is full of energy, joy, laughter, fun, craziness and love for the Lord and students! Brian came to Eastwood two years ago and had an immediate impact as Youth Staff Member before taking the Youth Minister position. He was born again at the age of 12 and has been growing in his relationship ever since. His favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6 : "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Brian's aspiration is to be an eternal Godly influence to everyone he meets. Brian currently ministers to the youth during bible study on Wednesday night and Sunday morning in The Attic. I was born again at the age of 15. I have been in church all of my life and during those years have become very active. I have been VBS director at County Line Baptist in Jasper, GA for 9 years along with Children’s Choir Director, Sunday School teacher for the High/Middle School Class for 4 years, member of Church Choir, and Youth Activities Director. I also travel and sing in a gospel trio, The Parables. Before becoming Children’s Director at Eastwood I drove a school bus in Pickens County. I have a strong passion for children and watching them grow in faith and love for Jesus Christ. My mission is to touch as many lives through Jesus Christ as possible.

Gereal has been the Pastoral/Finance Secretary for over 10 years. Gereal also leads the First Impressions Ministry and volunteers in the kitchen. She has worked in the Awana Clubs for years teaching our young children about Jesus. Gereal is always willing to lend a helping hand to our ministries and we thank the Lord that she is with us.

Married for over 47 years, she has 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Gereal and her husband Rayford reside in Marietta.
