Has God called you to lead? Whether your leadership is in the church, at work, at school, or in your home, this 13-week study will help you develop a biblical understanding of leadership and discover how to lead with God’s heart and purpose.

This study is designed for those who are serious about growing as leaders. Becauseeach session builds on the previous one, we’re looking for participants who can commit to attending all (or most) of the weekly sessions and who are willing to complete the assigned reading and personal study throughout the week.

Many people feel uneasy about praying personal prayers out loud, but praying withothers can become one of the most meaningful and faith-building experiences. This study will encourage you to move beyond fear, grow in confidence, and discover the joy, comfort, and power of sharing your heart with God alongside other believers.
